The invention relates to a technique for painting products and can be used to impregnate, coat or print across the entire substrate. A device for distributing a viscous substance through an elongated receiving chamber in a rotary printing system for applying printing mastic or a dyeing liquid to a substrate is known, comprising a housing, a distributing chamber of a tubular shape with an output channel along its entire length and with a receiving chamber arranged parallel to it and the supply line (1 J. In rotational printing and in the application of coatings, it is very important that the substance used for printing or coating is distributed as evenly as possible before it is applied. By accurately determining the shape or configuration of the outflow surface located along the entire length of the distribution pipe, a roll of the applied substance is formed, ensuring uniform printing and coating. However, using a known device, it is not always possible to ensure an even distribution of viscosity, which is caused, for example, by temperature changes. The aim of the invention is to ensure a uniform distribution of the viscous substance. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a device for distribution of a viscous substance through an elongated receiving chamber in a rotary printing unit for applying printing mastic or dyeing liquid to a substrate comprising a housing, a distributing chamber of a tubular form with a pin channel along its entire length and placed parallel the entire length of the receiving chamber and the supply pipeline, the distributing chamber are formed by two identical parallel pipes with through-holes, communicating with the output channel and narrowing the from one end to the other in opposite directions, and from the HHpiM pithe pipe at the end of each pipe from opposite sides. Each pipe is provided with a restrictive regulating bar installed along the entire length of the mounting slot. Moreover, the supply nozzles are connected by intermediate pipelines with the supply pipeline through a tee located in the center of the distribution chamber. In addition, the device is provided with a restrictive locking element. Pipes of the distribution chamber, intermediate pipelines, the supply pipeline and restrictive control strips are placed in a common housing. The tubes of the distribution chamber are installed inside the housing through-. ring end discs. The output channel is formed by two profiled bars mounted on the body against each other, in which the pressing knives are placed. The device comprises a housing 1 inside which a supply pipe 2 for supplying a substance is connected, connected to a feed pump (not shown), squeezing knives 3 and 4 forming a receiving chamber 5 communicating with the feeding pipe 2, and a distribution chamber formed by two identical parallel pipes 6 and 7 or channels extending along the entire length of the receiving chamber 5. Each pipe at one end has a supply nozzle 8. Each pipe has outlet slots 9 and 10 and is provided with a restrictive retractile bar 11 installed throughout it length of the slot. Slot holes
9 and 10 communicate with the output channel 12 and are narrowed from one end to the other in the opposite direction (Fig. 6). Squeezing knives 3 and 4 of the receiving chamber are placed in two profiled bars 13 and 14, fixed in the housing against each other and forming the output channel 12.
FIG. Figures 1 and 4 show the device in an inoperative position within the cylindrical stencil 15. On the outside, the stencil 15 is in contact with the base 16 moving in the direction of the boom (Fig. 1). On the other hand, a support roller 17 is provided. In FIG. 1 and 5 are shown squeezing knives 3 and 4 in the working position, while the knives are bent. In the off position, the knives are flat (indicated by dotted lines). The blade 3 has a thicker optimal edge 18, which in the idle position tightly closes the receiving chamber 5. In the working position, the edge 18 performs the pressing operation.
The feeding pipes 8 are connected by means of intermediate pipes 19 and 20 and a tee 21. to the supply pipe 2 (FIG. 7).
When changing the operating mode, for example, the transition from the low viscosity coloring liquids to viscous mastics, the flow area of the exhaust slots 9 and 10 is adjusted using the strips 11. For this, adjustment bolts 22 (Fig. 1 and 5) are provided, the latter available after removing the profiled bars 13 and 14.. .
FIG. 1, 4 and 5, the use of an elastic tubular closure element 23 is shown to partially cut off the code channel with the possibility of moving along it.
As can be seen from the lower plot of Fig. 7, the uniformity of the substance supply is not affected by the width adjustment (from 3200 mm to 1200 mm). FIG. 3 shows that the pshrine adjustment in the embodiment of the device shown in FIG. 2 maybe. made using the sliding closure film 24.
Expansion bag 25 (Figs. 1 and 5) is used to provide a certain spin pressure through the thickened lip 18. The pressure, due to which the thickened edge 18 is kept in contact with the cylindrical stencil 15, affects, in particular, the impregnation, which is especially important when stuffing fabrics.
In the embodiment of the device shown in FIG. 4, the pipes 6 and 7 are installed inside the housing 1 by means of end discs 26 with an annular collar 27. As a result, the pipes 6 and 7 are free from any stresses caused by the deformation of the housing.
The pipes 6 and 7, together with the end discs 26, are clamped between the two supply lines 2 by means of a rubber plate 28.
During operation of the device, through the supply pipes 2 into the pipes 6 and 7, a substance is supplied from two sides, which through the slotted slots 9 and 10 enters the output channel 12, is uniformly filled, and then into the receiving chamber 5, from where it is passed through the stencil 15 to the base 16.
At any flow rate and viscosity, the amount of substance applied to the substrate is evenly distributed across its width.

1. DEVICE FOR DISTRIBUTING VISCOUS SUBSTANCE along an elongated receiving chamber in a rotary printing unit for applying printing mastic or coloring liquid to a substrate comprising a housing, a tubular-shaped distribution chamber with an output channel along its entire length and with a receiving chamber parallel to it along the entire length and supplying pipeline, with the fact that, in order to ensure uniform distribution of a viscous substance, the distribution chamber is formed by two identical parallel pipes with exhaust pipes firs communicating with the outlet channel and tapering from one end - to the other in opposite directions, and with a supply pipe at the end of the each tube from opposite sides.

2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that each pipe is provided with a restrictive regulatory bar installed along the entire length of the outlet slit.

3. The device according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the supply * pipes are connected by intermediate pipelines to the supply pipe by means of a tee located in the center of the distribution chamber.
